About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable Care Workers to support adults across Swansea in residential, supported living, and community‑based settings. You will help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life through person‑centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting
• Support with medication administration (training provided)
• Assist with mobility, daily routines, and household tasks
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Record accurate notes and follow care plans
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals
• Promote independence, dignity, and safeguarding at all times

Requirements

• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential
• A caring, patient, and respectful approach
• Good communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
• Willingness to complete mandatory training
• Enhanced DBS check (can be arranged if needed)
